Where is mobile personal training offered?
Coach Lisa offers mobile personal training sessions in the Phoenix Metro Area. She comes to your home, apartment, or office gym to train you. Mobile personal training makes it easy to keep up with your workouts and stay on track! Never skip a workout!

Where is 1:1 online coaching offered?
Anywhere in the world! Coach Lisa's 1:1 coaching is designed specifically to work with clients across the globe. Meetings are weekly on Zoom and she is available via text throughout the week for support/questions!

Do You Offer Nutritional Advice?
Yes, I am a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I provide comprehensive nutrition and macro coaching designed to complement your fitness training and help you achieve sustainable results tailored to your lifestyle.

How Do You Support Your Clients?
I offer comprehensive nutrition coaching & personalized exercise plans, weekly check-ins, monthly body composition assessments, continuous support between meetings via text, and adjustments to your program as needed, ensuring that you feel supported and motivated throughout your fitness journey.
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes, I offer several different financing options. 1st, PayPal's Pay Later feature allows you to pay interest-free over 6 weeks with no credit check. 2nd, if you apply for a PayPal credit card and you're approved, you get $20 off the program cost and you can pay it off over the course of 6 months, interest-free. 3rd, I use PayPal, Klarna, After Pay, and Affirm for financing, and they allow you to finance over longer periods but they do require a credit check and interest.
